While working as a commercial graphic designer, Elizabeth Horton became inspired by her own children to branch out into clothing design. Seeing her children grow and develop their imaginations made her feel nostalgic of some of her own childhood memories. She remembered the joy in picking a flower, balancing on a see saw, twirling in a tutu, catching that first firefly of the summer, blowing bubbles, fishing in Grandaddy’s pond, catching a crab on the edge of a dock, coasting on a scooter. Elizabeth loved reliving those simple moments with her own family and wanted to capture them in some fashion.
At Nostalgic Graphic Tees, they strive to create quality clothing that is unique, comfortable, and age appropriate. Their concept takes the timeless appeal of a silhouette and adds a modern twist with a pop of color! NGT uses the finest heavy weight interlock cotton garments, brushed for softness, and screen print our designs traditionally using multiple layers of environmentally friendly ink. Their original designs are created and printed by hand in South Carolina.
