We will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date if online and 10 days of purchase date if in store. To request a return or exchange, please visit the Return Portal. This process must be followed for returns to be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. A restocking fee will be charged for exchanges to cover shipping cost. 

Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors.

    All SALE ITEMS, SURPRISE BOXES, and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and orders cannot be returned, edited, canceled, or refunded after they are placed.
    Pre-orders are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery date.

    Store credit can be used in store and online on store merchandise. The store credit does not apply to shipping costs and those are covered by the customer. The customer is still responsible for shipping costs when a store credit is used as the credit is applied to the store merchandise but does not cover any shipping costs.

    No refunds will be issued for order cancellations. Store credit will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in stock items. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.  


    All orders are processed within 24-72 hours via shipping method chosen at checkout.

    We offer several different shipping methods. First Class mail is $7.95 and will be shipped without insurance. Priority mail is $9.95 and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance. We also have an option to ship UPS for $15.00. There is an option for RUSH processing and priority shipping. Rush processing will place your order at the front of the line and we will get that package out ASAP. If placed on a business day, we will even take it to the post office if the mail has already picked up. International shipping available.

    Please note, additional shipping fees may apply on orders with large items. These items include but are not limited to, doll houses, tool benches, teeter poppers, trains and any other large and/or heavy items.

    Personalized items allow up to 2-4 weeks.

    During promotions, personalized items can take up to 4 weeks for additional processing due to volume. Processing times will also be delayed up to a week during promotions.

    We partner with Route Package Protection to cover lost, stolen or damage packages. A file can be claimed through Route and is typically resolved within 24-48 hours. This service is automatically added to each order but can be removed by the customer at checkout. If Route Package Protection is removed from an order, please contact the carrier and file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 


    All orders placed with a discount code are final sale. Orders cannot be combined, exchanged, edited, returned, or cancelled after they are placed. Only one code can be used per transaction. This includes store credit. Exclusions may apply. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes can not be applied after the order is placed.


    A pre-order is when the customer purchases the item before it arrives to our store. We ship pre-order items to the customer as quickly as possible once the shipment is received. We will include estimated ship dates in the product descriptions if provided to us by the vendor. Many vendors are uncertain of when the items will ship to us and cannot provide estimated ship dates. Pre-orders are only eligible for exchange and cannot be canceled after they are placed. If an order contains items that are in stock as well as pre-order items, the order will be held and will ship complete when the pre-orders arrive, as the customer covers one shipping charge at checkout. If you would like an in stock item shipped immediately but are also purchasing a pre-order, we recommend placing two separate orders.
